We are structured into five integrated teams that work in coordination to provide consistent, high-quality service across all client interactions.

Sales Team: With over 25 years of average experience in the insurance and financial services industry, our Sales Team brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into every engagement. They work collaboratively with our partners to design effective, customized plans that align with your strategic goals.

Illustration Team: The Illustration Team brings deep expertise in the COLI/BOLI space, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, strategic support. They work in close partnership with our sales team and external partners to develop both new business and inforce illustrations, ensuring precision, responsiveness, and alignment with client objectives.

New Business Team: The New Business Team oversees the full lifecycle of incoming cases, from application intake through underwriting and policy issuance. Known for their responsive and adaptable approach, they work closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely service and a smooth experience for our clients.

Client Service Team: The Client Service Team provides dedicated, responsive support to help ensure we meet and exceed client expectations. In addition to core administrative functions, such as premium billing, policy maintenance, and comprehensive reporting, the team is equipped to analyze and resolve complex issues, including those involving private funds and stable value wraps.

Product Development Team: The Product Development Team is composed of seasoned actuarial professionals who ensure our offerings are thoughtfully designed to meet client needs. They continuously evaluate and refine product features and benefits to maintain the right balance of innovation, flexibility, and value to support both current and future client objectives.
